If the foreigners want to register a company in China, he should prepare the listed work:
1) choose a name for the agency to file to the registry Bureau;
2) find the registered address for the company;
3) confirm who will hold the listed position:
the legal representative, the executive director, chairman of directors, vice-chairman of directors, manager or general manager, supervisor, finance manager, accountant etc.
4)prepare the id or passport copy of the directors, manager and supervisor
5) prepare the notarized and authenticated documents(first the business license or certificate of incorporation copy should be notarized in local state secretary or notary public, then the Chinese embassy should confirm the notarized document is a true one)
6)bank proof(issued by the bank to prove that the person or the company has opend an or many accounts thern and untill the date to issue the letter, the account has been managed in a good manner or the account is satisfactory).
7)confirm the bank for the WFOE(Wholly foreign owned company) or JV(joint venture), as the foreign exchange adminstration bureau should know the bank information then issue the qualification for WFOE OR JV to open the foreign exchange bank account.
